I’m Mani, born in Lienz and raised in the idyllic village of Oberlienz – right in the heart of the Lienz Dolomites. I know this impressive mountain world from every perspective: on foot, by bike, on skis, and from the air.
My passion for nature, the mountains and outdoor sports has been with me since childhood – and later became my vocation.
Under the motto “It’s all about passion”, I turned my hobbies into a profession and, in 2011, founded my own company: AIRTIME AUSTRIA – Professional Outdoor Sports.
From my first flight in 1997 to becoming a professional tandem pilot and outdoor guide.
As a teenager, I began my first paragliding attempts. In 1998, I completed the basic paragliding course, followed by the advanced pilot licence and the cross-country certification.
In 2009, I successfully completed my training as a professional tandem pilot and have since logged countless flight hours and gained extensive experience with guests across various regions.
I was an active competitor in the Austrian Paragliding League and participated several times with success in the legendary Red Bull Dolomitenmann – a period that shaped me both athletically and personally.
