Breakfast Flight on Hochstein – Tandem Paragliding above Lienz
The Breakfast Flight on Hochstein combines nature, regional cuisine and tandem paragliding in one special experience in East Tyrol. After a short walk to Hochsteinhütte, you can enjoy a traditional East Tyrolean breakfast with panoramic views of the Lienz Dolomites.
Afterwards, you continue to the take-off point. In the soft morning light, you take off together with your tandem pilot and glide above Lienz and the surrounding mountains back down into the valley.
What to expect on the Breakfast Flight on Hochstein
After meeting at the agreed location, we first make our way to the starting point on Hochstein. From there, a short walk of approximately 30 minutes leads to Hochsteinhütte.
At the hut, you can enjoy a traditional East Tyrolean breakfast with views of the Lienz Dolomites. Once refreshed, you continue to the take-off point together with your tandem pilot. After preparing the equipment and receiving a short briefing, you take off and glide above the sunny town of Lienz back down into the valley.

Breakfast at Hochsteinhütte
Hochsteinhütte is located above Lienz and offers impressive views of the surrounding mountains. Sharing breakfast at the hut provides a relaxed start to the day and makes the following tandem flight a particularly varied experience.
Flying above Lienz and the Dolomites
After breakfast, your tandem pilot prepares the paraglider and all the necessary equipment. During the flight, which lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes, you can enjoy views of Lienz, the Lienz Dolomites and the mountains of East Tyrol.
The exact flying time may vary depending on the wind, weather and thermal conditions.

The exact meeting point, start time and procedure are arranged according to the weather, wind conditions and time of year.
If the flight cannot take place due to weather or safety reasons, an alternative date will be arranged. You can change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed flight time.
